What gets deleted

Deleting your Walkabout account permanently removes your account and all associated data: your recorded walks, your street coverage, and your profile information. This can't be undone.

How to delete your account

There are two ways to delete your account:

In the app — Open Menu → Settings, and choose Delete account. The app removes your account and all your data.
By email — Email matt@fauxvo.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll remove your account and all associated data.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email when it's done.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We may retain only fully aggregated or anonymized data that can't be linked back to you.
